With a B.S. in Exercise Science and extensive experience in personal training, coaching, and education, I bring a knowledgeable and caring approach. I listen to your needs, understand your goals, and create personalized plans. My background includes personal training and physical education, giving me a strong understanding of movement and healthy habits. I'm a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, nutritionist, and health coach. My coaching experience, from youth to high school, has taught me the importance of teamwork, discipline, and motivation, which I apply to my training. I'm committed to supporting you, celebrating your successes, and helping you overcome challenges. This friendly Australian Shepherd mix, a rescue from the South, brings a unique warmth and positive energy to every session. Tallulah's gentle nature and love for people and other dogs make her a favorite among clients. She's a constant presence in the gym, offering a comforting and encouraging atmosphere as you work towards your fitness goals. While she's always happy to offer a furry high-five, please let us know if you have any allergies, as we prioritize everyone's comfort and well-being.
